In challenge mode, you only encounter this error if you try to Play with your free rounds. Our technical team is informed of this bug which is being fixed.

If you have any other problems with the challenges, I invite you to write to the customer service department and explain the problem in detail so that they can help you as best they can.

it is September 26th and there is always the error message "impossible to get back to level C"
what does that mean?
