My son (nickname: mickey33) wanted to change his e-mail address which had become obsolete but never received (despite several attempts) the message allowing him to activate his account again. So he tried again with other valid email addresses (including mine) but it still doesn't work and, as a result, he can't access the games anymore, since after login, it's the email change page that appears! This has been going on for several days and no message has reached... it is painful to be blocked by the modification of personal data not essential to Play!!!! Can you help him solve this problem? you need your son to contact Customer Service (a link is available on thehome page in offline mode) with the email address linked to his account. The SC will do the necessary.
