seriously, for your question, our dear Web' has beaten me to the punch in the answer, I can only confirm, especially regarding the number of messages. I was new to the forum and posting little when I was given Top Poster status.

I do have a major advantage by having automatic validation. But I never abused it. Moreover, the status of Top Poster is not assigned for life, I can lose it at any time. Administrators can delete our messages.
