All my Prizes are still "on hold" since August 20th, including those taken from the shop (which are normally validated in 1 to 2 days).

Is this the case for everyone or have you validated or received lots since August 20?

for my part, everything is back to normal. After contacting customer service, my batches were validated and sent the next day!

If your prize has been validated, there is no problem... probably a stock shortage, but I'm sure the team is already on it. If you find the time is too long, you can always try to see what is happening in your particular case by contacting customer service.
