Your Prizes are sent to you by a company called La Poste and which is responsible for mail delivery. As soon as you have not received said letter, we are subject to their rules for filing a dispute.
Believe that we are the first to get angry when this kind of thing happens, and we do our best to find lost packages each time, while being subject, once again, to the directives of La Poste. It takes time, that's how it is, there's nothing we can do about it!
If you still want to hold us responsible for it, I can't stop you, but know that it won't change much...Rather than getting angry at us and writing totally absurd things, it would be more constructive to put you in contact with our Customer Service and your post office to find your package...
since 26/11/2007 (where it was noted sent) I am waiting for my translucent calculator..... according to what is written in the site I should have received it in the following week..... contact with MadWin........ it is necessary to wait 6 weeks!!!!! I specify that my address is exact question: do you receive the Prizes between 4 to 6 weeks of delay compared to the mention sent on... It was a calculator that I wanted to give as a Christmas prize... it will be for Christmas 2008 or 2009!!!! I'm disappointed. I thought I had found a serious site compared to other gaming sites... I mean a serious site : if they offer Prizes that they don't have or that will be delivered very late, you have to tell the customers. At that moment I would have chosen something else.
