wanted to contact customer service, but my question does not correspond to any pre-established theme, which is why I had turned to the forum. nobody I have ever encountered any problem changing address so yes try a request to the service client🙋
Here's my problem. I have already filled in Account Details complete Account Details several times, but when I want to choose a prize and am asked to check if my address is complete, only the postal code appears.
So I don't dare to Confirm my choice of prize since it is not likely to come to me with the postal code as the only indication.
