Aging beautifully... To age in beauty is to age with your heart; Without remorse, without regret, without looking at the hour; To go forward, to stop being afraid; For, at each age, there is a happiness to age in beauty, to age with your body; to keep it healthy inside, beautiful outside. Never give in to an effort. Age has nothing to do with death. Aging beautifully is about helping those who feel lost in the bush, who no longer believe that life can be sweet and that there is always someone to help. To age beautifully is to age positively. Don't cry over your memories of the past. Be proud to have white hair, because to be happy, you still have time. To age in beauty is to age with love. To know how to give without expecting anything in return; for, wherever you are, at dawn, there is someone to say hello to.
To age beautifully is to age with hope; to be happy with yourself when you go to bed at night. And when the point of non-receipt comes, tell yourself that deep down, it's just goodbye.

Hello everyone, ARTSON, you are right in the cases of the being that degenerates, but sometimes we like to look at these little "old people" especially in the countryside, working the vines and others is over 90 years old..... Would work be part of longevity? Happy not to know our Turn! !the decline is frightening!it is necessary to live day by day to day to its just measure, ! life ' is not it beautiful ' time passes and we will surpass...... to be born to die ! what a pity or that it chances
the alpha and the omega
